Role Purpose

The Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Executive is responsible for creating and managing PPC campaigns across all major search engines. The PPC Executive oversees the allocated budgets by the companies and provides analyses of campaign performance, basing recommendations on the next step. The PPC Executive will also be producing weekly, and monthly summary reports to senior management showing his progression towards monthly targets that were set.

Key Responsibilities

  • The PPC Specialist is accountable for overseeing that all PPC campaigns continuously meet exacting standards and adhere to company guidelines as well as search engine’s regulations;
  • Implement PPC strategies set by PPC Manager across several assigned accounts and manage the companies accordingly in order to achieve monthly and annually volume and profitability targets;
  • Ensure that the managed accounts have a robust commercial strategy in place, together with specific performance targets and objectives tailored to meet or exceed the business expectations and commercial standards
  • Responsible for day to day execution and management of accounts, carrying out technical changes, analysing data, and implement innovative management techniques to maximise campaigns’ performance
  • Work in close alignment with PPC Manager and execute flawless campaigns to ensure high and unified standards are met
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the campaigns to deduct on future campaigns’ strategies
  • Responsible for providing accurate reporting for data analysis
  • Manage keyword lists, ad creative, and bids across Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and other PPC channels to achieve clients Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor daily the campaign’s performance (such as keywords’ research, keyword optimisation, ad and campaign optimisation, competitors’ monitoring) to achieve monthly targets


  • Google Ads qualification
  • Bing Ads qualification (it’s not a must but good to have)
  • Google Analytics qualification
  • Facebook Blueprint Certification (it’s not a must but good to have)

Specialist Skills and Experience Required

  • Hands-on PPC experience
  • Minimum 1 year PPC experience
  • Working experience in a Digital Marketing agency or with multiple clients is a must
  • English – High to fluent
  • Managing low and high budgets’ campaigns
  • Track record of low and high volume PPC campaigns` performance
  • Can identify tracking problems
  • PPC software experience
  • Excellent Excel skills and competent level of expertise with MS Office
  • Results-oriented individual with a focus on successful delivery, agility and self-control under pressure
